Not the best week, but not the worst. Up 1 lb. Could have been much worse due to not the healthest of weeks eating wise....lunch with DH at Ruby Tuesdays total of 20 pts out of my 22 for the whole day, not the best choice, but damn good eating. I had stopped tracking, because I am so much smarter than WW and know what I can and can not eat...yea not so much, so now I am back to tracking and on the first day I went 2.4 pts over, multiply that times 7 days and no wonder I was up 1 lb.
And I still have not gotten up off my lazy ass to exercise. So I have to try a different mind set and not call it exercise but doing something FUN!!! Yea whatever.
