Slow and steady wt loss

This weeks weigh in...1.6lbs, that makes 14lbs total. YEA. Still being lazy though. Just not enough time to workout, plus I just hate exercising. But I know the time is going to come when I wont lose anything just by diet alone, and I will have to get up off my lazy, fat ass. Meanwhile 1 more lb to make to my first 15 total. Repeat after me...I love my fruits and veggies, I love my fruits and veggies.....
